Need Help on H1b

Hi,
I hold a B1 visa for US and L1B Visa for US from my current employer.
I filed my H1B visa this year with a new employer but i haven't received any receipt yet so may be i was not selected in the lottery.
Can somebody suggest any option where i can use my existing L1B visa to help get my H1B.

L1 and H1 are not inter convertible visas. If you didnt get through H1 lottery then you have to wait till next year to re apply. Unless you get employment from a Cap exempt institution which need not go through H1 Cap.
