H1 B extension

hi iam going for H 1 B stamping to mexico, but iam not getting any dates in november, so my question is can i go to mexico in mid of december but my visa is expiring on first week of december. can some one help

HI pathak,
If you have extended your H1b, then you do not have to travel out of US for the sake of stamping. You need the visa stamping only if you happen to travel out of US. If your extension papers are intact then you need to go for stamping only if situation warrants a travel out of the country.
