Can somebody get H4 dependent Visa for USA after getting banned under 320(7b) for UK

Hi All,

Thanks in advance if somebody chooses to help,

I am on H1B (Work visa) within USA, my fiancee recently applied for a Tier 2 Work Visa for UK & due to some erroneous documents was handed a 10 year ban under section 320(7b). My question is if I marry her in our home country and apply H4 visa based on my work visa for her in our home country, would she get the dependent visa for USA ? (H4 is a dependent visa issued to dependents of skilled workers in USA i.e. wife & kids)

Can the dependent visa for USA be denied on the fact that she is banned from UK ? would really appreciate if someone can advice
