process aftr canceling apptmnt(as Uni changed), and applying again with diff Uni

Hello guys,
I did apply for the VISA F1 in the month of Jan and booked appointments. However, I cancelled those appointments as I received admit from a good university. I now want to take one more appointment with different university. Will I have to fill the DS160 once again?
