My past employer had applied for a H1B visa for me in April 2009 through the lottery and got the visa. I was working in the US on that H1B visa from October 2009 to June 2010. I lost my job in June 2010 and got married to a US citizen the same month. I applied for my green card through my marriage and got it in September 2010. I got divorced in November 2011 and voluntarily gave up the Green Card outside the US in March 2012 since I was not living in the US. I am back in the US now on the Visa Waiver Program. If I am able to get a job here, is another employer able to transfer my H1B visa from before. If so, how much remaining time will I have on that visa? Will it be 5 yrs 3 months or the whole 6 years or else? I was living outside the US from Jan 2011 to May 2014.
