Hi
I am a student on OPT right now (OPT will be over on Sept 2014), the company I work applied for my H1B visa and my H1B was picked in lottery and got approved through USCIS (however, the H1B status will be active from Oct 1 2014).
However, something urgent came up (back in India) and I have to leave my job and go back to India for at least 2 years. When I come back after 2 years, do I have to again apply for lottery and undergo the cap system or can I simply get a transfer?
