My fiance was with me in US on F1 visa . Then we got married and converted her F1 to F2 while in the US. Later, I took a transfer to another university B for higher studies. I was on F1 visa all the time.
Now I have come back to US after working for wsome yrs in india.
My wife needs togo for her H4 stamping.
These r docs supporting her stay in US.
1) F1 visa in her passport.
2) Approved F2 petition (Notice of Action) , a green colored copy. (No F2 stamping in passport, since we came back for good)
3) Her name in the I-20 of the school where I was transferred.
Are these docs sufficient or do I need to get a letter from University B to state that she legally maintained her F2 status during her stay at University B while with me,
