H1B VISA TRANSFER (When in india and not travelled once to US

Hi ,

I have a H1B VISA stampped ..... and it is valid for 2 years ....

I want to transfer the visa from my company "xxx" to company "yyy" in India . I have not travelled to US once also ....with this visa ...Please let me know is it possible to transfer the visa to company "yyy" who have their office in india and US . Also let me know it is legally valid ....
