H1B visa stamp from Old Employer and Enter USA

Hi All,

My situation is as below:
1. I have a valid H1B visa stamp in my passport till dec. 2006
2. I recently changed job and have a new H1B approval notice (I797) in hand

My question is:
I am travelling to India next week or urgent need and I am not sure if there will be any problems while entering back using my visa stamp that has the name of my old employer?

Please reply ASAP.

There will be no problem , just make sure you have the I797 from the new employer that is all.
