H1B Extension ( urgent quiery)

Hello,

I am on H1B visa and it is valid till Oct-01-2014 (both I-94 & I 797) and can be extendable for 4 more years as i just consumed only 2 years.
I am currently in India and my visa is only valid 4 more months. in this case, my first question:

1. Can i travel to US with new LCA (same Employer) and apply for extension and apply for extension US?
2. can i get it extended being India?

1. If there is substantial difference between existing work location/new work location or role/pay then advisable to file an H1 amendment.
2. Yes possible by filing an extension petition and going for fresh stamping.
