Hi Friends
Im on H1 working for Company A with Visa valid till Mar 2016.Currently my Dependent H4 is doing Master Program.(Planning to Apply COS from H4 to F1 only by Nov 2014).
Due to some Official work, I have to travel India for 3-4 months and come back to USA around Sep /Oct 2014.
So in this Meantime(between Apr - Oct 2014), whether H4 can stay in USA and continue the studies.
Kindly let me know
