Transfer of H1-B in India

Currently, I am in USA but due to some personal issues I have to leave my current company and go back to India.
I have all the documents required for visa transfer.

If I join employer B in India, can they transfer my H1-B in india?
Is there a time limit in which the visa should be transfered?

Yes they can. Within 6 Years of your last valid pay stub while on H1.
