F1 rejected Now attending for H1B

Hi Friends,
One of my friend has done Master's degree and also working as a software engineer in MNC. He was attend for F1 visa for thrice, but always refused(221g). they said u have already completed Master's degree and why r u going again for master's.

Now he has selected for US company, he has got H1B papers.Will they give r not?
Some people r saying there is no relation between F1 and H1B . After refusing F1visa many people r got H1B visa's.


What r the possible questions will they ask.

what should he has to answer at the Consulate....

For sure the officer will have the history of rejections and the reasons behind the rejection in their database. So your friend might face some questions relating to those reasons. There are many out there who got their F1 rejected and got H1b approved.
