First I went to chennai consulate in July 2005 and visa was refused under 221(g) becoz they need correction in my passport (surname and given name) and some additional docs needed from my employer. I took new passport and collected docs from employer and re-appeared for interview on yesterday (25 Oct). They verified everything and told that they will deliver the passport in 'couple of weeks' and i can procedd to counter 1 for paying rs.2200 DD. There in the counter I saw a notice - 'passport will be delivered in 2 or 3 days by courier'. I paid the fees and returned. My doubt is - While i went thru these forums, i saw some of them are facing 'Adminitstration process' situation. Is that same for me? I didnt hear anything like this from them. But I doubt becoz 'couple of weeks' and '2 or 3 days' mismatch is confusing me. Please help me in this regard. If they collected my passport, is that sure I will get visa stamped? Please help...
