H1 Transfer and Stamping

Hi,

I was working with company-A and moved to company-B as I got a good offer. Company-A H1 VISA is valid till Dec 31st 2014. Company-B did a H1 Transfer and this visa is valid till June 30 2015. I am planning to go for a vacation to India in September 2014. Should I have to go for stamping or is it fine not to go for stamping as I still have visa valid till 12/31/2014 ?

No, you need not go for fresh stamping. At the POE show the latest approved petition of employer B. If you are lucky you will get I-94 till June 30 2015 otherwise the officer might give you I-94 only till 31-Dec-2014 OR passport expiry whichever is earlier.
