H1B transfer to new employer with out travelling to US

I got visa recently and valid till sep-2016. I didn't find any opportunity from my current employer to travel US and I want to switch to new employer.


If I get onsite opportunity from the new employer and they are ready for H1b transfer process. Can anyone tell me what all documents needs to be submitted as part of transfer process?

I have read in few articles that most of the petitions raised for h1b transfer are getting rejected. is it?

Can anyone answer to the above queries.
