What is the Impact if you get fired at Client site while you are on H1b visa.

1. In how many days should my employer or I can find a new Job and can there be gap between changing clients?
2.Is my employer obligated to pay me or run my payroll during this period?

1. USCIS doesnt much care about your end relationship with the client. You are on your employer's petition and they alone are supposed to be paying you and deciding your work.
2. Yes the employer is legally obliged to continue paying you or give you a return ticket back if they dont have work for you.
