need help H4 visa stumping

I am working in USA on H1 B visa. I have changed my employer in Nov 2012. We have valid previous employer H1B stumping till Oct 2014 and current employer petition has approved till Dec 2014.

Currently my wife and daughter are in india and want to come back to USA in month July or Aug 2014.I am not going to india.

I wanted to know do they need restemping under my current employer?? Or valid visa and current employer approved petition is enough to come back in USA?

Valid visa and current approved petition should be enough.
