My H1B visa expired on Dec 2013. My employer applied for extension 1 week before expiration with client A's client letter. I got RFE on March 13, 2014. That time I was working for client B. My employer responded to the RFE with client letter from Client B on May 28, 2014, new LCA and amendment for client change. The status changed to denial on June 17, 2014. I do not know what is the reason for the denial. This is my second year of H1B. My employer says he will refile h1b with my current client's client letter. Please help me out what I have to do in this situation to get visa successfully ?
