Denial of H1B Transfer

Hi i need some urgent info.

I was trying to get my H1B tranfered from company A to Company B but it got rejected . Iam thinking it was because I didnt have paystubs with company A .

I just want to know if even though it rejected would i still have my previous H1B with my previous company. I know that my previous company did not cancel my H1B.Also will this affect my record in anyway esp when i apply for the green card?
