Is it advisable to apply for H4 for my Wife and Kid at same time when I am applying for H1B Visa interview.
I mean any chances for rejection by we all going for consulate interview at same time ?

Whether you are accompanied with your dependents does not impact the H1 interview decision. H1 would solely be decided upon whether your job in US requires H1, whether the employer has genuine work and can pay you sufficiently as per guidelines, and whether you qualify for H1.
