H1 Visa Expiring

Hi
I have a question :

Background:
I am currently living in USA under H1-B Visa which is expiring on November 2014.

I was planning to visit India and Scotland in July (I have a valid Visit visa) and be back to United States by August 18th 2014.


Question: Will it be a problem for me in the UK or India to come back to USA since my H1-B Visa is within 6 months of expiration ?

No issues. Worst case you will get I94 only till visa expiry and would have to file extension soon after returning.

No, as long as you have a valid visa while returning, You are good to go.
