Mexican H4 getting driver's license - NAME ISSUE
Hello,
I have a question regarding my first official document in the US. I got married in the US to my H1B holder spouse. I was under tourist visa then, now that I will apply for the H4 visa I am only entitled to a driver's license and bank account in the US. Here is the issue, I have 2 first names and 2 last names. My Mexican passport, tourist visa (and presumably H4 visa) have my legal name in Mexico which is my complete name (2 first names and 2 last names). Now that I am in the US, in order to make things easier, I would like just to use my husband's last name and only one of my first names, is it possible to get a drivers license with one of my first names and my husbands last name?
