Hi. I am a british citizen living in UK and will be marrying an indian citizen who carries a H1b visa. I am hoping to re-locate to US on a H4 visa after marriage. We will be getting married in india. Which would be the best place for me to attend a visa interview - UK or India? If UK, will my marriage have to be registered within the UK prior to the interview?
