I have valid H1B petition (valid till Sep 2014) from previous employer. I received Approval notice in July 2013, but never went for stamping, and have never travelled to US on any Visa. Is it possible for my current employer to use this petition? Can current employer apply H1B cap exempt for me or kindly explain how will processing for H1B be taken forward with current employer.
