Visa H3 extension
Hi everyone !
I'm new on this forum and I hope you can help me. I'm from France and leaving in New Orleans for a year under a H3 visa.
I applied for an extension and USCIS received the I-129 petition on March 25 2014.
My visa expired on April 15 2014 and my case is still on Initial Review.
But on June 10, the company that I ask the visa with closed !
I'm now looking for an other company.
So, should I contact USCIS to let them know about this ? Should I just re-apply with an other company ? Should I just wait for the decision from USCIS ?
Please help me.
