H1B Visa Eligiblity for Indian Distance Education degree

Hi,

I have completed my 3 years full time engineering Diploma, and have a 3 years Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (Distance Education/Part time) from an accredited Indian university along with 8 years of work experience in Information Technology industry.

In summary, total education = 10 + 3 (Diploma Full time) + 3 (Degree Part time) = 16 Years

Total Work Experience = 8 years

Am i eligible to apply for H1B visa for 2015 CAP.

You need to get your education credentials evaluated. The way it works is that the employer should have a job into which your educational qualifications and experience fit.

Sure. Will do it. But, I just want to know if USCIS accept part time degree for H1B visa program.
