Very imp plz if any1 ve idea abt this help me

Hello ,
I am currently a h1 candidate but my h1 visa will expire on july 21 ,my
husband is in h1 status valid till 3 years from now. I want to switch my h1
to h4 ,so need your help for how can i proceed for that. Do i need to
contact with lawyer or directly can fill any form necessary by myself. Which
form should i file for this process?
