Charged with Domestic Violence and case dismissed, What to mention on DS160
I was charged with Domestic Violence in New Jersey and the case was dismissed and I was told not guilty, after we attended the counselling sessions as advised by the Judge.
Should this be mentioned while filling up the DS160 form, I was not jailed but had to go to the police station in the cop car and was dropped back at home and was told to attend the court, where judge told us to attend the counselling. PLEASE ADVISE AS THIS IS HAUNTING ME A LOT
