Please Help H4 Visa Information
Am regular reader of this forum, just have question:
One of my friend got married when his wife was minor, and registered his marriage in registrar office after she became 24 years. They have a kid with 7 years (she was minor when kid was born). Now, he have applied H4 Visa for his wife and kid. Is there any possibility on H4 visa to get rejected as he got married when his wife was minor.
