Can my driver's license be renewed using my I-140

Hi,

My I-140 has been approved a week ago. My current H1-B is expired this week. Currently I have applied for my H1-B extension and I have receipt number for the extension.
Since my current H1-B expired, my driver's license also got expired this week.

I reside in NJ. Is there any way that I can renew my driver's license using my I-140 approval or my H1-B receipt? Please let me know is there a way to get my license.

I don't think you can renew your driver's license based on I-140.
If you have a valid driver's llicense, the DMV in new jersey would have given you the driver's license 3 more months than your H1B expirations date. This is one of the best in thing in NJ. Suppose your H1B expired on 7-30-2014, then your Driver's license should expire on 10-30-2014. DMV in NJ will exend 3 more months even after this extended expiration date, if you have a valid receipt number. Please visit DMV for more details.
