H1 application rejected - MTR with additional documents?

Hi,

I have got RFE for vendor - end client relationship and I responded to RFE without client letter and got rejection. If I apply for motion to reopen (MTR) with End Client Letter, what are chances of getting it approved and how much time it will take?

My OPT is expiring in November 2014. Do I have to take admission into any university to maintain my status after November?

MTR doesnt allow you a valid status and a decision on the same can sometimes take Months. So Yes, it seems you have to extend your admission to another university to maintain status.
