H1B Transfer while H1B amendment in progress

Dear Friends,

I have a situation here and need suggestion.

I am currently with employer A and they have filed for an H1B amendment due to my role change in project.
I have not received the receipt number yet. Meanwhile, I have got an offer with employer B and they are ready to transfer my H1B.

Question :

1. Is my pending H1B Amendment going to affect the H1B Transfer ? Is it advisable to go ahead with Transfer ?
2. Is there any chances of getting the transfer denied due Dual Intention or so.
