    Got rfe for h1 and lost CPT and no work permit

    Hello guys ,
    I applied h1 while working on CPT and got rfe on CPT. My CPT is expired recently and about respond my rfe but I don't have any work permit now. What are the chances of getting approval? Do they check anything if I don't have work permit while responding to rfe ?? Please help me guys I'm worries much.
