On H4 valid till Sep 30, H1 approved, Can i travel to india on h4

Hi,

I am currently in US on an H4 valid till Sep 30, 2014. My H1 has been approved which would be effective from Oct 1, 2014. My Question is Can i travel to India now July 30, 2014 and return on Aug 15, 2014 on H4.

Will it cause any issues in my H1 from Oct 1.

Hopefully i will get a new I94 on return effective tilll only Sep 30,2014 (H4 date). Will there be issues if I get an I 94 for 3 months e.g till Nov 30, 2014.

Will my H1 be automatically effective from Oct 1 , despite of my travel and new I 94.

Please reply as i need to go if feasible.
