H1B Cancelled without prejudice transfer

Hi,

My H1B visa got cancelled without prejudice while I went for H4 stamping. I travelled to US on H4 visa.
Currently, H1B visa status is Cancelled without prejudice and it has expired too.
Kindly let me know how should I proceed further if I plan to work in USA?
