How long Can I stay on my invoked H1B Visa of 2003 ?

My H1B petition has been renewed. I would like to apply for stamping.

My total year of stay in US are as follows.

S.NO Entry Date Exit Date Duration VISA

1) 28-JAN-2003 13-JUN-2003 4 Months H1B
2) 23-FEB-2006 16-JAN-2009 3 Years L1B
3) 24-OCT-200 04-MAR-2010 5 Months L1A

I am presently staying out side US since 04-MAR-2010 onwards.

My question is, Can I stay in US on my renewed petition for remaining 5.6 Years ?

I don't think it is possible since your last held H1 status was in 2003,you should have done within 2009 since you had L1. I am not sure.Wait for others reply also.

I have received eligible duration of stay from 10-OCT-2013 to 01-APR-2016 in my revoked petition of H1B. Which is already 2.5 years.

My question is, Can I still apply for second extension, and would get 2.5 years of further stay after APR-2016 ?
