H1 Stamping after transfer to new company before joining

I am currently working with company A on US on H1 B.
Company B is ready to transfer my H1. Once my H1 transfer is approved, I want to go back to India and then resign from company A and take 1 month leave.
In that case, Can I use my new H1 approval notice and appointment letter of company B to get new H1 Visa stamp and then travel to join new company.

When can I apply for stamping.

Do I have to resign from company A before appear for stamping or I can do the stamping even I am still working in company A.

Also will there be questions during stamping as I have not joined the company B yet.
