Getting H4 appointment online

Hi:

I am trying to get my fiances appointment online through www.vfs-usa.co.in. As everybody know there will be a four month backlog at Mumbai center. My marriage will be in december 2nd week 2005. So can i take an her H4 appoinment rightnow for month of January or Feb.

At the time of online appoinment they ask you to fill DS-156 form and in that you have to provide the maritial status.

Any pointer of you guys helps me a lot.

to join for the job on NOV1st, no dates available in chennai
since she is in India, previously refused for J2 visa, she has to go chennai
any body can give any suggestions to get early date
do you think we can approach for emergency appointment in her case
