Spouse traveled in H4, But she is having valid H1B visa

My wife is having H1B visa and H4 visa stamped on her passport. But she traveled to US on H4 visa along with me. Did she allowed to transfer the H1B visa to other employer?
If so what is the procedure to transfer the visa and what are the documents required for H1B transfer
