H1B revoked after can I transfer my H1B to another employer

Now I am in India,my employer revoked H1B but visa stamping is up to Sep,2015. If I want to come back to US what is the procedure. I have to apply new H1B for next year same process again or is there any other procedure with out lottery and stamping. Please help me on the same.

When was H1 filed?

If you have the I797 Approval Notice copy, you can give it to another employer and they shall be able to apply for a cap exempt H1.
