H4 - employer letter format

Hi,

After came to US with H1 visa, I was in training for a month. Then only I joined with client. For training period i don't have payslibs. But currently I have 3 months paystubs. Will this required for H4 visa or do we need to submit letter from employer stating that i was in the training for one month. If so can anyone give format of the letter.

even if u r in training your employer supposed to give the pay and paystub. because u r not sent for h4, ask your employer to generate the paystubs once again including the first month. they can do that with some fine. that is better solution for your case. these training letters will not help in getting the H4 visa. soo ask your employer to re-generate the pay stubs.
