Hi, I need some legal advice. I am currently on H1B visa and had recently accepted an offer of employment from another Employer, and the H1 transfer petition got approved.
Now i have got another offer of employment from another company, so i wanted to check that can I now say no to this first company who did my H1 transfer?
The offer letter says that its "at will" employment and can resign at any time. However the recruitment HR had in my earlier telephonic conversation said that i cannot say no after i have accepted the offer as the company would have spent money in transferring my VISA.
Please suggest.
