How early can I schedule a H1b visa interview date 3 or 4 months ?

I plan to visit Mumbai consulate in December for my H1B stamping. How soon can I schedule my H1B interview date ? is it 3 months or 4 months ?

Max 90 Days before petition start date. But if your petition has already started and you already in US on H1, then I believe , the appointments are visible only a Month or so in the future.
