Is H1B amendment needed?

My employer filed for my H1B extension and it was approved. When I got package I found that accidentally they referred to my position type as not full-time though it is full-time. Is H1B amendment needed in this case? What happens if my employer refuses to do amendment? also, are H1B amendments generally approved or they are denied also?

You should get it amended. Amendments , if genuine are generally approved.
