H1B Visa Stamping

Greeting Members,

This is my Situation now:
I have i797 valid till Sept-30-2014.I am outside USA from December 2013. Now i want to go back to USA to work with same employer. I also need to go for stamping.
My questions are:

1) Would it be difficult to get stamping done as my visa is expiring soon?
2) what document my employer need to provide me so i can show them i am still with my employer? Would it genuine to show vacation for 9 months?
3)i do have my pay stabs till december 2013. Would it be issue because i don't have current pay stabs?

1. Not if you have the latest employment and client letters.
2. Latest employment validity letter, as well as latest client letters SOW etc, if you will be placed at client place.
3. As you were outside US from Dec 2013, you dont need US pay stubs, but you may be asked what were you doing for 9 Months away from job, you can always say the actual reason for it.
