H1B got RFE but changed over to new Client

Hi,

I got RFE for my H1B visa. When the petition was filed, i was with Client A and later moved to Client B. Since the project is no more with my employer, i cannot produce any documents supporting Client A. But i can provide all documents related to Client B. The original petition do has information on my previous client A only. Even though if i provide all valid documents supporting Client B, is there any chances of denial in my case?

Im sorry that im not sure what is an amendment? Can you give me a detailed explanation?
