Employer change on H1B without Visa stamping

Dear All,
I was working on L1B and moved to H1B in last year Oct 1st 2013 but I didn't go for H1B Visa stamping yet. My H1B-I94 is untill only 25-Sep 2014.

1. Is this advisable to change employer at this time?
2. Is this advisable to change employer to change employer without H1b Visa stamping ? Is there any risk?

1. If it is genuine employer and they willing to process in premium I would say no harm.
2. None if the employer is genuine.
