Even though I have been in the US for three years now, I have been on H1B visa for only a year. Previous two years I was on an L1B visa. I wanted to know if I have another valid 5 years of stay on H1B; or is it that the total stay cannot exceed 6 years, irrespective of what visa you were on? Would appreciate a clarification on this. Thanks a lot.
