I worked on company A and applied for H1b extension (regular processing) while the VISA expires only on SEP 2014. After applying for extention i got an offer from Company B and started a VISA transfer(premium processing). Company B H1b transfer got approved on June2014 and got a new approval notice and joined company B on June.
now on Aug 2014 i got the H1b extension approved from company A.
I have been with company A for more than a month. Can i join company A again with this extension approval?. Or company A needs to apply for a transfer again from company B?.
Both these approvals happened before the 194 expiry.
